Booking & Availability
We recommend booking as early as you can, especially for school holidays, half-terms, and the Christmas period. A few weeks' notice is usually sufficient at quieter times.
Yes, if we have space. Email us with your dates and we'll let you know within 24 hours.
Full refund if cancelled more than 2 weeks before arrival. 50% refund if cancelled between 2 weeks and 48 hours before arrival. No refund if less than 24 hours' notice is given. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
Health & Vaccinations
Your cat must be vaccinated against Feline Flu and Feline Enteritis before arrival. Proof of up-to-date vaccination is required on arrival.
We can administer straightforward medication (e.g. tablets) at no extra charge. Please bring medication in its original packaging with clear instructions. For complex treatments, discuss with us when booking.
We monitor every cat daily. If we have concerns, we will contact you and, if necessary, our vet. We have emergency vet contact details and will act in your cat's best interest. Any vet costs are the owner's responsibility.
During the Stay
Yes. We feed your cat their usual diet to avoid upset stomachs. Please bring enough food for the full stay, plus a little extra.
Yes. A familiar blanket or toy can help your cat settle. We provide bedding, but you're welcome to bring something that smells of home. Please ensure items are clean and washable.
No. Each chalet is separate with sneeze barriers. Cats from different households do not mix. Only cats from the same home may share a family suite if you request it.
We check every cat at least daily: feeding, water, litter, and general wellbeing, and we record these checks to ensure consistency and optimal health and welfare. Cats are also checked throughout the day, with time spent on play and enrichment as appropriate.
Drop-off & Collection
Drop-off and collection times are flexible. Please specify your preferred times when you book.
Proof of vaccination, enough food for the stay if your cat is on a specialised diet, any medication with instructions, and optionally a familiar blanket or toy. We have lots of different types of beds, bedding, cat trees and enrichment items to provide for your cat.
Yes, as long as we know in advance. The person collecting must be authorised by you. We may ask for ID when handing over your cat.
